We have a new support ticket system! Every company has to adapt as they grow, and we are no different. Most of our customers who have been with us for years probably have one person that they are used to having as the point person on their account with us. This has worked well for us, but as our company grows, both in employees and customers, we found ourselves needing a better system for our support tickets.
We’re happy to announce that we’ve come up with a solution that will streamline the process for everyone! Any existing customer needing help, maintenance work, updates, or anything else, can submit a support ticket on our support form or email [email protected] to automatically be added to our support queue. This allows our project managers to assign these tickets to the specialist who can best solve the ticket, and also automatically sends the customer an email when the ticket has been solved. Don’t worry, this does not mean that your favorite Beanstalk employees are unable to talk to you, and you’ll still hear plenty from us – this is a way for us to make sure that everyone’s requests are addressed as efficiently as possible.
