Custom Website Design Process
During a face-to-face meeting or conference call with you, we discuss your ideas. We will also explore potential site features, functionality, designs you like, designs you don't like, best practices for converting visitors, calls-to-action, and more.
One of our graphic designers will take the information from the discovery meeting and add as much or as little of their own creativity as you desire. From there, we will create a mock-up of the website and deliver it to you as a .PDF file.
To ensure your satisfaction, after we deliver the mock-up, you will have three rounds of changes to edit it exactly to your liking.
After you are completely satisfied with the mock-up, it's time to approve the final version. Once the mock-up is approved, no more major changes to the design framework can occur.
The approved mock-up is passed to our developers, who begin programming the website. They build the site to look exactly like the mock-up.
Testing & Quality Control
When the site is done being coded, our quality control team looks over the site and utilizes testing protocols to check for bugs, errors, or other issues. Their feedback is given to the developers so they can fix any problems that are found.
The completed website is delivered to you via a previewing URL. At this time, we can make any remaining changes to the site that you request. The changes must be small and the design cannot stray from the approved mock-up without additional fees.
Site Goes Live
Once you have given us the final stamp of approval for your entire website, we then migrate the site, making it live on the Internet using your primary domain name. Your site is now live and the project is complete!
